Their fish ceviche is really good. I would recommend for the prices and flavor. Best deal in town. I believe each fish tostada was $4 with tax. This is as of 10/11/2025. Cheers and Stay Classy!

Small little place. Atmosphere was quaint and service was cool. Placed order online. Picked it up and nothing much to it. .. wanted to order rice but they have a 10$ card minimum. Food was fresh and delicious....I was hungry .lol. Shrimp tacos were different. It's like they fried the shrimp similar to chicken and no Pico but cheese and white sauce instead. Ceviche de Cameron was cool. But yes they do use tiny shrimp... and the shrimp quesadilla is where it's at! Would go back again! Small Shrimp Ceviche 3 Shrimp Tacos Clam Chowder soup Shrimp Quesadilla Total : $ 40 and some change.

Just give it a try. I'm no one to tell you what's good cuz we all have different taste but im sure and guarantee the first thing in your mouth is their exquisite homely made fresh salsa they give you with chips (Dine in only). Come and tell me you didn't go back!!! x)) "Give Me A High FiVE!!! if you have! x)) If you are out for lunch with a 30-minute mark, order I head cuz I do and still Dine in (4 thee free chips of course lol). Service is impeccable, trust me. Always the best!!! Just don't forget to have their most popular and represented -a-la-carte- trio taco plate "Tacos el Güero" found nowhere else (only with imitators that are not close to their respectfuly recipes)

Update on 8/22 Really good spot for Mariscos. On this trip, they were out of oysters and the 3 tacos dorados didn’t do it for me, but the mixed cocktail and the garlic grilled fish were spot on. Cocktail was fresh and had great flavors. Not all cucumber and caldo. The fish filet was cooked well and had a tomato garlic sauce that was amazing. The tacos dorados had a lot of shrimp, but i think there was cheese mixed in that didn’t mix well for me. Would have been better without the cheese for me. The chipotle dressing they serve with it was bomb though. I’m old school, you don’t mix cheese and seafood :) The other thing I would suggest is a second salsa option. The one salsa they have is tasty on food, but not the best for chips. ——- Came with med expectations, because just like sushi, only fresh seafood can be had on the west side of LA or a very busy spot. Anyway, it was great for me. Oysters were fresh enough, which is the test for me when it comes to Mariscos. Pretty basic with limes and crackers, but on point for what I wanted and expected. Cocktail was a bit sweet, but bearable and tapatio fixes all. Service was on point. Very friendly and quick. Ordered the first cocktail without onions. Hate to send something back, but no issues and an apology. Should not be a highlight, but these days it is. Especially when they don’t give any lip and just say sorry, I’ll fix it. Ordered a little extra to go and look forward to the next trip. Great experience overall for me and look forward to the next visit and hope to try a few more items.

Not a very attractive place. The decorating is not like WoW! But the food! OMG! Supper fresh and the taste is like DAAAM!!! TO your mouth. Tasty delicious food for sure. And for mariscos I thought the pricing was very responsible for the quality. Will be a restaurant I frequent this year. Specially in the summer months. Fish-a-rones are highly recommend

My husband has known the family that owns this spot since they were on Hacienda in the early 2000s. We moved back from Vegas after living there 3 years, and here waiting for our tacos, and come to find out Guero passed away right after we moved. I’m glad they are still open, that his family is keeping the business going, but man, you never know. Prices have gone up, but we know the food is good, so as long as they’re open, we will keep coming back. RIP, Güero.
